Epilepsy is a high prevalent neurological disorder that affects people of all ages and lives all around the world. Patients with epilepsy are three times more fatality rate than the general population.1 Furthermore, they are 2-3 times more likely than those without epilepsy to have mental disorders, including anxiety and sadness.

อภิวุฒิ เกิดดอนแฝก

ADEM ถือเป็นโรคหนึ่งในกลุ่มโรคปลอกประสาท อักเสบ (demyelinating disease) ของระบบประสาท ส่วนกลางที่พบได้ไม่บ่อย มักจะเกิดตามหลังการติดเชื้อ ไวรัส โดยพบอุบัติการณ์การเกิดโรคมากในกลุ่มช่วงอายุ วัยเด็กจนถึงวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้น อาการและอาการแสดง สามารถมาได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้ง rapidly progressive encephalopathy รวมถึง multifocal deficit อื่นๆ

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has been disrupting continuity of intermediate care in ischemic stroke patients. There are growing evidences published about telerehabilitation as a potential alternative to standard rehabilitation, especially during COVID-19 pandemic. We developed and assessed efficacy of an affordable telerehabilitation approach compared to standard rehabilitation.

จากการระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ในปี พ.ศ.2563-ปัจจุบัน มีผู้ติดเชื้อไปแล้วจำนวนมาก ทั้งประเทศและทั่วโลก ขณะนี้ได้มีการฉีดวัคซีนใน ประเทศไทย และพบปัญหาเรื่องข้อบ่งชี้ และข้อควรระวัง ในการฉีดวัคซีนในผู้ป่วยโรคทางระบบประสาท ทาง สถาบันประสาทวิทยาได้ร่วมกับสมาคมประสาทวิทยา แห่งประเทศไทย และเครือข่ายโรงพยาบาลกลุ่มสถาบัน แพทยศาสตร์แห่งประเทศไทย ได้จัดทำแนวทางการฉีด วัคซีนป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019
